RETURN POLICY

Seven (7) days to return an item from the date it was received by the purchaser. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received by the purchaser. 

The item must be in the original packaging. 

The item needs to have the receipt/proof of purchase. 

Refunds

Once SPCL Global Marketing Limited receives an item for refund, it will be inspected and the purchaser will be notified that our company has received the returned item and the status of the refund will be indicated, after careful inspection.

 If the returned item is approved for refund, we will initiate a refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment. 

 

Shipping

The purchaser will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the purchaser has received a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from their refund.
